Why they hate Argentinians U.S.?

I know that Argentina hates the United States in any way possible. Many Argentines celebrated 9 / 11 I've read. I have also heard that they were happy to hear many African-Americans have died or were homeless in the area of New Orleans. I do not understand why hate America so much. Is it because we're so much? Is it because our president? Is it the fact that we do not care for football? Or is it because we call it soccer. Is it jealousy? Is it because they were rich and dirt poor? I do not know, but Argentina is a nation like angry people. I do not know why many Argentines love hate people
